27 Apr 2017 New dessert menu by Nina Tarasova in Coffeemania

Dear guests,

We are pleased to introduce you to Nina Tarasova, a famous Russian pastry chef and a popular blogger.

In a sign of the times, Nina became a pastry chef quite by accident. She went to the concert of Bon Jovi in Paris but fell in love with the French pastry shops. In a few years she mastered the French language, she went through the recipes of the best French confectioners from their books, got a higher education in the prestigious confectionery school in Lyon.

Confectionery is a difficult profession; a pastry chef needs to have skills, to develop constantly, to have an impeccable taste and to be an incredible dreamer. For 5 years of her career, Nina Tarasova was able to become just such a pastry chef, but she considers her true calling as teaching. Her workshops’ schedule is planned for a year ahead. She teaches along with the best confectioners of the world, and her students are both professionals and amateurs. As a blogger she is known on the Internet as @niksya and has more than 170,000 followers from all over the world. Nina not only shares her recipes and tips with her readers, but she makes all the photographs herself — she succeeded in this art as well. Photos of the confectioner are equal to the works of the best food photographers.
